Terms of Use

1. Acceptance and provider

By downloading or using Sign PDF, you agree to these terms and Apple’s applicable App Store terms. Sign PDF is a Nomly product. The App Store seller is Declan John Nanton.

2. Licence and permitted use

You receive a personal, limited, non-transferable licence to use the app on compatible Apple devices associated with your Apple ID. You may not reverse engineer, resell, interfere with or misuse the app except where applicable law expressly allows it.

3. Your documents and authority

You remain responsible for the files you import, the information you enter, the signatures and stamps you use, and the people or organisations to whom you send documents. Use only content and marks that you are authorised to use.

Requirements for electronic signatures differ by document, recipient and jurisdiction. Confirm the recipient’s rules and obtain professional advice when a transaction is important or regulated.

4. Free features and optional Pro access

The current app provides essential signing and scanning functions without a Nomly account. Optional Pro products may unlock features described in the app or App Store, such as batch signing, iCloud sync and additional saved signatures or stamps.

Feature availability can change as the app is updated. The purchase sheet shown by Apple before confirmation is the authoritative source for the product, trial eligibility, regional price and billing period you are accepting.

5. Apple billing, renewal and cancellation

Apple charges purchases to your Apple ID. A subscription may renew automatically unless cancelled within Apple’s stated deadline. You can manage or cancel it in iOS Settings under Apple ID → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not itself cancel a subscription.

Refund requests and billing disputes are handled under Apple’s policies. Use Restore Purchases in the app to check an entitlement associated with your Apple ID.

6. Availability and updates

We may fix, change, add or remove features and may stop supporting older operating-system versions. Cloud-dependent services such as purchase validation, analytics or iCloud sync can be affected by Apple or third-party availability.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. You should keep independent copies of important files and verify the final exported PDF before relying on it.

To the extent permitted by law, the provider is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from document errors, failed delivery, incompatible files, loss of data or a recipient’s refusal to accept a signature. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
