Sign PDF: eSign & Fill Forms · Last updated 31 July 2026
1. Who provides the app
Sign PDF is published under the Nomly product brand. The App Store seller is Declan John Nanton. Privacy questions can be sent to support@nomly.space.
2. Documents and editing data
Imported PDFs, scans, entered form text and edited document files are processed on the device. Sign PDF does not intentionally send PDF contents, entered text, signatures or stamps to Nomly’s analytics services.
You decide when to export or share a finished document. If you open a file from iCloud Drive, Dropbox or another provider through Apple’s Files interface, that provider handles the file under its own terms.
3. iCloud signature and stamp sync
When iCloud sync is available, saved signature and stamp records may be stored in Apple’s private iCloud key-value storage so they can appear on your other devices. This data is associated with your Apple ID and handled by Apple. PDF documents are not uploaded to Nomly for this feature.
4. Product analytics and identifiers
The app uses PostHog and Firebase Analytics to understand feature use and improve reliability. Events can include screens viewed, actions such as import, scan, sign or export, subscription tier, counts such as the number of local documents or saved signatures, app/device information and a pseudonymous device identifier.
Analytics events are designed to exclude document contents, filenames, form text, signature images and stamp images. PostHog session replay is disabled in the current implementation.
5. Crash reports
Firebase Crashlytics receives technical diagnostics when the app crashes or records a non-fatal error. These reports may include device and app information, error traces and coarse state such as subscription tier or local item counts. They are not intended to contain document contents.
6. Purchases and subscriptions
Apple processes payments. Adapty is used to load paywall configuration and determine subscription entitlement. Nomly does not receive your full payment-card details. Apple and Adapty process purchase information under their own privacy policies.
7. Camera, Files and Face ID
Camera access is used only when you choose to scan paper. Files access is used when you import or export. Face ID can protect locked local documents. These permissions are controlled through iOS Settings.
8. Retention and choices
Local documents and signatures remain until you delete them or remove the app, subject to iOS backups and any iCloud sync described above. Analytics, crash and purchase records follow the retention settings of PostHog, Google/Firebase, Apple and Adapty.
You can delete local content in the app, manage iCloud through Apple settings, and contact us about privacy requests. Because Sign PDF has no Nomly account, include enough non-confidential context for us to identify the relevant analytics record if possible.
9. Changes and contact
We may update this policy when app features or providers change. The current version will remain at this URL. Contact support@nomly.space with questions.
